I stand unimpressed by "textbooks", "peer review journals" and so-called "facts". There are no facts, just dissenting opinion.
I believe the day will come when all science is done on blogs, because us bloggers are natural skeptics, refusing to believe the Official Story handed out by the government. When so-called "experts" in their "peer reviewed journals" say one thing, we dare the impossible and find an imaginative justification to believe the complete opposite.

If you get really, really, really, really (reeeeaally) drunk on cheap Canadian sherry - you can do all sorts of stuff without thinking at all! Like this kind of shit-abyss PR disastrophe! And with modern computer technology, you can implement your "ideas" before you sober up and the hangover kicks in.

From the reaction around the web, maybe there is more to it than meets my eye. What does that tiny writing say - the bit under the photo of the ugly looking Heartland person? (My eyesight has been getting a bit dodgy.)
Some warmist blog claimed that the photo in the poster looks nothing like the Unabomber and alleged it was actually a photoshop of what Mr. Bast might look like a few years into a sentence for tax evasion.

Oh but Professor, Heartland says it was an experiment. When you are performing important scientific research you must get used to the public not understanding and overreacting. Researchers throughout the ages - from DeSade to Monckton have all had to cope with ignorant proles misinterpreting their work. But rest assured, important scientific knowledge has been gained.
